PBRPC has partnered with TCEQ and the Texas Illegal Dumping Resource Center to host the Principles of Enforcement and Abatement course in Odessa. This class will be held at Odessa City Hall, from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is free of charge, and you can earn 6 CEUs through TIDRC for attending. The class is useful for law and code enforcement, attorneys, public works employees and more.
